Hi,
I am renting out a big 12.3 m2 room on Amagerbro for 3300 DKK per month, with everything included (no additional costs).
But before you read further I would like to tell you that I have some quite special requirements for a roommate:
1 - You need to be either vegetarian or Vegan
2 - You need to like cats and be up for taking care of him when I am out travelling.
Explanation for 1: I've seen a lot of hidden camera footage from slaughterhouses and the meat industry, which has led to me feeling bad every time I see meat products.
Explanation for 2: I have a cat and I am sometimes out travelling. So I would like a roommate who likes cats, and who would like to take care of him while I am away.

A bit about me:
I have an activewear company that I spend most of my time on, and in my free time I enjoy working out and being social.
As a roommate I am very calm and chill, and I value being able to give each other space and respect each other regarding cleanliness and noice.
I like to have the apartment nice and clean myself, and I am very respectful regarding noice etc.
Details about the room and apartment:
The room is 12.3 m2 and the whole apartment is 58 m2.
The apartment is right next to Amagerbro Metrostation, so it only takes 5-10 minutes to get to the inner city with the metro, or 10 minutes on bike.
The apartment is right in front of Amager Centret (a shopping mall), so almost everything you need can be found on the other side of the road.
The room is big and bright, and there is space for both a double bed, a closet, and a desk etc.
The room includes a big and comfy bed, and I would love to help with a closet and desk as well.
The kitchen and bathroom is a bit old, but otherwise fine and functional.
