A new, beautiful, bright, and spacious apartment in a great location, very close to the Amager beach. Tall ceilings, and big windows with a view of a small green space. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with mostly families and retirees.
The apartment is 120m2 with three bedrooms, a big living space with a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Your rooms will be unfurnished. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony. The apartment is situated a very short walk away from Øresund metro station. There are Kvickly an...d Coop just around the corner and Lidl is a 4min walk away. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants near the flat.
I sublet two rooms and currently live with my friend Brenda, she is moving out (end of December) since she has found a place much closer to her work. I am 27 and work in a pharma company so does Brenda. We are calm and easy-going people, we like to have fun, mostly outside of the apartment. We work 9 to 5 and are out of the apartment a lot. I am looking for people who are clean, respectful, easy-going, friendly, and like to laugh. Loud parties in the flat should not be frequent since we have very difficult neighbors when it comes to noise. Guests are very welcome however not for extended periods of time and with notice beforehand. I like the apartment to be clean and we might introduce a cleaning schedule.
Rent includes heating, water, and Wi-Fi. The deposit is 6000x2 for both rooms, so the moving price is 12.000 + the first rent. One CPR number is of course available from the moving-in date. One CPR number per room. The notice period for both parties is 2 months.
