I am looking for a new flatmate from March :)
One room is available in my apartment, it is 12m2 and available from March 1st (6000kr). The room comes furnished!
The room is part of a big, newly built apartment, in front of the DR Byen Metro station.
The monthly rent is including utilities, there are two months deposit, no prepaid rent.
The apartment is bright and perfectly insulated from cold and external noises.
There are three bedrooms in total, you will be sharing the apartment with myself (I’m a 28 yo from Italy, working for a consultancy company in Copenhagen), and Lorenzo, a 25 yo working for an NGO in Copenhagen.
The apartment shared spaces consist of two large bathrooms (almost unique for Copenhagen), including a spacious shower, a washing machine and a dryer, and an open ...space with:
- A modern kitchen with an electric stove, extractor hood, oven and a dishwasher.
- A dining area, with a dining table, chairs, and big storage spaces
- A living room
- A cozy balcony with a tea table and chairs
You will have a lot of storage space, and you will have access to a storage box in the basement.
The building is located in front of the DR Byen Metro station, less then 100 meters from our front door.
Next to our apartment you will also find a Netto super market (80 meters), a Fotex (it should open in March, looking forward for that :D), a cafe, a bank, a gym (500 meters), and the best ice cream in town (500 meters)!
The position of the apartment is perfect, wherever in the Copenhagen area you need to be. From the apartment you can reach:
-Kogens Nytrov in 5 minutes by metro
-Norreport in 7 minutes by metro
-Copenhagen Central Station in 10 minutes biking, 15 minutes by metro and train
-Fields shopping center/Ørestad in 5 minutes by metro
-the airport in 25 minutes by metro
-Christiania in 10 minutes biking
-Islands Brygge in 5 minutes biking, 1 minute by metro
-Fisketorvet in 10 minutes biking
-Amagerstrand in 15 minutes biking
-IT University and KU South campus in 5 minutes walking
-Amagerfælled in 5 minutes walking
The building has both indoor and outdoor private bicycle parking.
It is allowed to smoke only on the balcony.
