Looking for a roommate for our Nørrebro apartment with me and James for ASAP.
The apartment has had a collective atmosphere since we moved in 3.5 years ago. I have been away in Scotland for a year but Dom has been here throughout. We have also had four other people in and out over the years and are now looking for a new person to join us. We both love the apartment, area, and opportunities it provides for our active lives.
We are 26/27 years old and are both working full-time in start-ups. We’re active, outdoorsy people and we regularly go cycling together. There is usually some music in the apartment, whether that be from own amateur singing or the speakers, and we love hosting parties on the roof in the summer.
We are located just off Nørrebrogade between Nørrebroparken and den Røde Plads. There is a supermarket and gym in the building with endless cafes and bars in the area, as Stefansgade is a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is 125m^2, with a large open-plan, living/dining/kitchen and a big modern bathroom with a washer and drier, and a balcony. The bedroom itself is ~10m^2 and will come with a double wardrobe, desk, and a double bed (if you want). The building has two large communal spaces, with BBQs and plenty of space on the roof. As we're on the 4th floor, our balcony gets amazing afternoon sun in the summer and some amazing sunsets.
Looking for someone of a similar age of any gender, either working or in the final years of their studies.
Rent is ~6.7k/month including bills, and there is unfortunately a 3-month pre-paid rent and 3-month deposit requirement of ~30k on moving in.
