-Rent is 2.955kr for the bedroom
-Utilities estimated at 600kr/month per person (electricity, water, heating and internet)

The apartment is 122m² on two levels: downstairs is kitchen, living room, laundry room/entrance, a sweet balcony and bathroom; upstairs is the bedrooms and an extra toilet. There's also free parking by the street , and a small private shed.
The place is located at Gislavænget in Odense NV near the Stadium, at about 10min bike ride from city center and 15min from bus station. It's close to three markets and has good access to frequent bus lines 21, 22, 24, 42, 41 and others, and close to the future letbane.
I'm a 29 year old girl who likes watching mov...ies and series, boardgames and video games. I do spend a lot of time in my room, but may join for hangouts (: I'm also learning about photography and eventually I like to experiment with baking, making sure to always clean up afterward. Other interests include design, decoration, gardening and DIY arts & crafts kind of thing.
Nicoline is 25 and works at a nursing home. She's a sweet girl who likes boardgames, yoga, loves horses and other pets, and is looking into getting a cat as well (:
Also living with us is my dog Gaius. He is a calm, 5yo, medium dog and spends most of his time in my room.
We are looking for another girl that likes pets too, someone who works/studies in day shift and preferably someone who has lived on their own or with roommates before (:
It's important that you know how to look after yourself and have a good spirit to collaborate with the household.
