We are looking for a new longterm roommate from the 1st of April for our beautiful apartment located in Nordvest on the border to Nørrebro and Frederiksberg.
“We” are Nicola (24, Italian) and Felix (26, German), who both graduated and started working last year and living here for 2 1/2 years. After work or on the weekends we enjoy hanging out together or with friends, doing sports, cooking dinner, watching a series or having beers, which now and then ends up in a bar or club.
The rent including everything (internet, water, heating, electricity) is ca. 6.300 DKK per month. There would be one prepaid rent and a deposit. CPR is of course available.
Our apartment is really large, bright and modern with a total of 133 m2 and except for your room (ca. 14 m2) pretty much furnished and ready to move in. Since the metro opened, the apartment is very well connected, and also a bus stop is only 1 minute away. In the area around our flat, there are many different supermarkets, bakeries, and bazaars that you can reach on foot in 2-3 minutes.
We are looking for someone openminded with a positive mindset to enjoy the Copenhagen summer together on our balcony. Ideally, you have a similar lifestyle as ours and enjoy a healthy level of neatness in the apartment. Let us know if you feel addressed or have any questions and tell us something about yourself.
