Renting out a 13,6 m2 room out from October 1st (or some days before that if needed) in a brand new apartment on 4th floor.

(I have no pictures right now of the place, but we can arrange that you check out the place or I send you some pictures later)

Details:
- The room has a private balcony (approx 1 m2)
- The apartment also has a big shared balcony
- There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher
- If you need a bed, desk, and/or a closet, we have a big closet available for free, and a new 140x200 ikea bed + a new desk you can buy cheap from the previous sub-renter
- Address is located near Bella Center metro station (9 min. walk/2 min. bike)
- Very close to a Rema 1000, Netto, and ‘Fields’?
- Price incl. water, heating, electricity and internet: 6.450 DKK per month.
- Deposit for 2 months: 12.900 DKK - thereby also 2 months notice from both sides

You will be living with me (Nina) who’s Danish, 26 years old, and currently doing a masters at Copenhagen Business School, and Brendan who’s American, 21 years old, and working full time at an Italian restaurant in Cph.

We expect from you to:
- Be friendly and not too loud on a daily basis
- Have a stable financial situation
- Know how to clean up after yourself
- Be able to/willing to learn how to recycle properly
- Be fine with dividing household finances (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.)
- Be fine with having a cleaning schedule where we take turns to clean common areas every 3rd week
