We are a couple in our 50'ties renting out this room - and have three other tenants too. So if you would like to be a part of a small community sharing kitchen and bathroom with our other tenants, it might be worth contacting us. We are looking person between 28-35 years old, wishing some quietness (from 22-6) and still being social and committed to have common dinners once in a while and a drink in the garden sometimes. For you it would be the better, if you can leave out noise to some extent when falling asleep/sleeping. We are caring for our tenants and always willing to talk things over. To borrow a bike, free wifi, soap and washing, toilet paper, kitchen towel etc. are included. The beach, train station, Greve Shopping Center, common swimming pool, fitness centers, green areas and paths for walking/running, many restaurants/take aways are within 10 minutes walk.
