Details: - Rent 5400 DKK utilities included (water, electricity, heating, wifi) - CPR registration is possible - Available from September/late August - move in date is flexible - Deposit is one month's rent The room is 9 sqm and comes partially furnished, with a new bed with storage and a new mattress, as I would like you to shape and decorate it as you wish. I can of course help with that, if needed. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms, and a small balcony. I have recently moved in so the furniture is not complete yet, but it has everything you need including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and oven. The apartment is located in Nærheden, 10 minutes walk from Hedehusene Station from which you can reach Roskilde University in 10' and Copenhagen H in 20'. You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am 32 and working full time. I am polite and respectful and have lived with others before. I have no preclusions regarding your age and whether you are a student or worker as long as you are respectful and I feel you might be a good fit.
