You will be living with me and my 17 year old son, and have your own room in our 5-room apartment. The rent includes heating, water electricity and internet. You will pay 1 month rent as a deposit when you are booking the room. And you will pay 1 month rent in advance just before moving in. As shared facilities you will find a kitchen with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, bath room with shower and toilet, as well as a dining.
