I am renting my apartment for other students like me. I live close to DTU Ballerup Campus only 15 min. by bus and 40 min by bus to DTU Lyngby Campus. I live 10 min for Herlev station and 300s, 5c and 350s is also close to the apartment. The apartment will be furnished with everything needed, where there is one bedroom and one living room with a balcony. Its very important that you are a clean person, who knows how the treat other people's things. The deposit is negotiable but there will be other terms. Its absolutely a no-go to use the apartment for parties. It will effect your deposit if this happens. Im only renting to non-smokers couples and one person.
