Hi there. I happen to have the above mentioned room in spare soon, therefore I'm renting it out. The apartment is 5-7 minutes on foot from both the metro, train and aiport, so it's pretty easy to get around. The rent will include all expenses, as in water, internet, heat and so on. (further defined in the contract.) There is two cats though, not that they'll have access to the room. Please text me for further info.
