We are two guys renting out our penthouse room in our 3 level town house. The room we rent out has access to own roof top terrace, and is half furniture with TV (bed missing). We look for a cool open guy, who likes to be social, ofcause everyone also needs privacy:) The house is from 2017, and it’s important for us that we try to keep it clean and fresh. The house has two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living area in ground floor and own garden. It is a part of "Arenakvateret" and are located next to Royal Arena and 5 min walk to Vestamager Metro station or 10 min walk to Fields. About us We are a friendly social couple, using our time on work, studies and fitness. Both 35 years and non-smokers.
