I am renting out a room in a newly built 3 bedroom apartment in Amager Vest, close to the metro station. The apartment has all amenities (washer, dryer, dish washer), two balconies and bright rooms. Rent includes internet, and all running costs. The apartment is close to the metro and 60 m away from a vast natural area, Amager fælled, perfect for running, biking or going for a walk. I am ideally looking for a responsible and social person to get along with and once in while cook/socialize etc so it doesn't just become a practical living arrangement. smoking: only on the balconies. The room can be furnished on request. I am outgoing myself, easy to get along with and enjoy working out or running after work. I enjoy a beer or glass of wine regularly and party on occasions.
