Hi! I am renting out a room in a recently built 75 square meters, two-bedroom apartment, near the Bella Center metro station, just 12 minutes from Norreport by metro. The apartment is on the fourth and highest floor and has a balcony. The room is approximately 8 square meters, and it is currently unfurnished (with the exception of a bed). The room is marked with a red square on the floor plan. You will be sharing the apartment with me (26) and my girlfriend, Beate (27). Both of us work full-time. We are looking for a person in their early to late 20s, who can clean up after themselves and respects privacy. Preferably male. The monthly rent for the room is 5800 including water, heating and internet, but excluding electricity. Electricity is added on top of this every 3 months (expected to be around 200 DKK per person per month). The deposit is 5800 DKK (one months rent) The moving-in date is 1st of December. CPR registration is possible, no couples.
