Hi ! We are looking for a long term tenant to take over a room in a shared apartment on Nørregade. The room is 20m2, furnished, already fitted with a huge wardrobe of size (300x66x236 cm). As one of our roommates is leaving Copenhagen, we need someone to join in the fun with us - me and Jenny who both work here in Cph. The apartment is about 144m2, 2 minutes walk from Nørreport Station. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen and a sunny balcony. There is a washing machine and a dryer, a big kitchen fully furnished with a dishwasher and a living room/dining area where there's plenty of room to sit and watch tv, eat or just chill. All common expenses are shared equally, including the rent (incl. water, heating), electricity, wifi, cleaning and other utilities. The current rent per person (incl. water, heating) is 6800kr. Electricity and internet are roughly 300 per month extra. There is a deposit of 3 months and 3 months of prepaid rent ( we can find an arrangement for not paying everything the same month) The moving in date is flexible between 1st of May to 1st of June. We would prefer no couple sorry :/
