Helloo potential new roomie ?? We have a room available on the 1. of July in our dreamy apartment at Margretheholmsvej 28 on the 7th(top) floor. (There's an elevator) The apartment is 133 square meters divided by four rooms and a bathroom with washer and dryer and a huge balcony. The bedrooms are small, the livingroom/kitchen(with a dishwasher) and workspace is huge. The bedroom that is available is around 7-8 squaremeters with a good view and light. We are; Laura Hertz Karlsen, Capricorn but identify as a piscies, 31 y/o, she/her pronouns, enjoys playing dress-up and has a playlist for every mood. Laura is the perfect balance between an introvert and an extrovert ?? She's an early bird and usually the first one out the door in the mornings. She works most days and are usually home in the evenings. I am Ida-Marie Højris, Aries, 32 y/o queer, they/she. They are a true Aries with a lot of different projects making good use of the workspace in the apartment. They enjoy keeping our plants alive and thriving, and filling the apartment with fresh flowers. Ida is focusing a lot on mindfulness whether it being in the gym or doing morning meditations. We are looking for a roommate and a new friend. We love our home and we want to live with a person who wants to be a part of it and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a glass of wine or a cup of tea on the balcony. We are looking forward to the summer and already started creating a mini garden on our balcony. We enjoy a clean home and good communication about our everyday lives, or whatever needs to be talked over. We do not share food but enjoy eating together now and then. The home has huge windows out towards Amager Bakke(the ski hill) and a view all the way to Malmø. On the other side, where the balcony is, there's an amazing view over Copenhagen. The rent is 6259.83 kr, heat and water included.
