Apartment for a young professional or a student We have a private basement apartment at our villa in Vanløse for rent. You will have a livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all to your self (50m2). Theres is also a private entrance for the apartment. Monthly rent is 6500 DKK. including everything (water, high speed internet, elctricity, laundry facilities etc.) My wife and I live upstairs and also have our own entrance so it is not like we meet eachother every day. The laundry facilities in the basement we also use, but normally we just arrange laundry so we dont disturbe. Available from 1st of December. Its of course with a CPR registeret adress and possibility for long term rent (contract for 6-24 months). Located in a beautiful residential neighborood (in the right part of) Vanløse ... very close to Frederiksberg. Its a 15 min bike ride from Rådhuspladsen and really close to metro and 2a bus. We are looking for a mature, polite and quite young professional or student. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Deposit is 2 months rent. Only for 1 person.
