THEN PLEASE READ ON: A wonderful, newly furnished 10 sqm room on the top floor in one of the most trendy hoods in town, Vesterbro. Close to main station, short bike ride to Cph University, ITU, CBS, KADK.... Equipped with bed, closet, desk, lamps. Wifi. There is access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dishwasher. Vesterbro is a central Copenhagen neighbourhood, very close to the central station (Hovedbanegården). It is one of the coolest parts of town, built around the meat-packing district (Kødbyen), inhabited by artists, young professionals and students, but also still some glimpses of the authentic working class culture. Nightlife in the streets of Vesterbro can be vivid on weekends, so if you are very noise sensitive, this is not for you. Apartment is inhabited by Klaus, age 51, works in the management of the choirs & orchestras at the Danish National Broadcast Corp. (DR). I spend most of my time in Paris, France where I work. My girlfriend lives here partly. Your room is your own. There is another tenant in an adjacent room (a female PhD student staying for the whole academic year) with whom you also share kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is 110% non-smoking. The room is for one person only. You cannot sublet or lend out your room in any form and you can have guests overnight only rarely and upon prior agreement with me - and never on weekdays. Rent includes heating, electricity, water, wifi, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwashing soap. PLEASE NOTE: You need to know how to clean up after yourself. The contract contains very detailed contractual obligations in this respect. I am very easy to live with - but I will be extremely difficult if you leave a mess. PLEASE NOTE: Prolongation after June 2019 will NOT be possible, because I will be using the room myself.
