Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to share my lovely apartment with over summer 2023. The apartment is located in Nordhavn, 50 meters from the waterfront so it is an incredible location to be in over summer if you like swimming or spending time at the peer. The Nordhavn metro and train station are a 4 min and 8 min walk away and Meny's, Lidl and Netto are all less than a 5 min walk away. The location is really amazing! The room I am subletting is fully furnished with a bed (queen), desk, chair and rack and comes with a separate storage room including a cupboard which is exclusive to you. The room plus storage room amount to 18m2. The apartment consists of 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom with a big shower, a spacious living room that is combined with the kitchen area and we also have a little balcony from where you can see the water. The apartment is about 3 years old so very modern and comes fully equipped with all essentials like fridge, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. It is located on the 3rd floor so it lets in a lot of light and the building has an elevator. The rental period is from 1 June - 31 August (but I can be flexible with the timing). Rent is 8'500 DKK per month with utilities included + 1 month of rent as deposit. You would be sharing the apartment with myself: I'm Swiss, in my late 20s, and working in CPH. I'm looking for a friendly person who has common sense and is tidy (but I'm not overly strict about it). I enjoy cooking together and am going for a relaxed vibe in my apartment.
