Hey all! One of the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor in our 3-story townhouse is available for a couple (you can choose between them). Shared with only 2 ppl from July. Price for the smaller room: 8.600 DKK Price for the Master's bedroom: 8 800 DKK The heating and water are already included in the bill, however, there is a quarterly payment for electricity + a monthly internet bill, both of them split equally between tenants.
