Big and bright room with sky-view in a social and chill rooftop flat. Internet, electricity and heat included + use of laundry facilities in the flat. The entire place is 120m2 with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen space to share and toilet with a separated area for showering inside. Room available from November the 1st is 16 m2 and plenty big for one person or 2 as we are right now (boyfriend and girlfriend). I will be traveling for at least 4 months but possibly more (I am seeking job in another country and so may rent out the room for an indefinite timespan.. but it depends on whether I land my dream job or not) The room is furnished with a bed from häestens (worth 55.000 DKK) so you will sleep like royalty. My best match is a minimalist or an expat who has no need or desire for bringing extra furniture. Residents are : A 31 year old tech sales guy working for Templafy and originally from Columbia, and a 28 year old architecture student from France. They are rarely home and will both be traveling for most of December. - We are looking for someone reliable and kindhearted who respect the neighbors (cause they are the best) and contribute to the good energy in the flat.
