The apartment is a lovely little place in Sydhavn, just across from Aalborg University. The rent is 6000 + utilities. While the initial contract period is 6 months, starting July 1, my current roommate is moving temporarily due to work contract that, based on the project, we consider it highly likely he will receive an extension, in which case the room can be through the end of 2026. While the room itself is small, we have quiet a large private terrace/outdoor space on the top floor that you can see the water from, and we've made the common living space super cute and comfortable. I'm a fairly quiet person that loves to read, cook, bake bread, and have a cozy time with our other roommate, a cat named Theodore.
