The location allows for an easy commute into city centre (bus routes 5c and 350s within 1-2 minute walk, Amagerbro being the closest metro station), and is located within easy reach of the shops (Fakta across the road, Netto, Rema, Irma etc). The apartment is non-smoking throughout. You would be sharing with me, a 34yo female currently doing a degree at CBS and working on the side of it as well. I am looking for an easy going, tidy, respectful and considerate flat mate. No couples please and no party animals. The rent is 4750kr a month which includes water, electricity, heating, internet and a basement laundry room access. I will require one months rent upfront as well as 2 months deposit.
