We're two friends looking for a new flatmate :) About you: - Preferably above 26 years old. - Must have lived alone or with other people before. - Be responsible - take part in the cleaning, not be wasteful (we try to live environmentally) ect. - Be open-minded. - Be okay with the fact that this is a non-smoking apartment. - Nationality doesn't matter, but you must be fluent in English. CPR registration is possible after we've signed a contract together. The apartment is about 100 m² in all, with bedrooms of equal size and large living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. We're located on the 4th floor(that's 5th for americans), no elevator, so you'll get in shape walking up and down each day :) The room is furnished with a bed and some basic things. Our housing complex have laundry facilities (which is separate and payed for on a monthly basis if you wish to use them). There's also a balcony. The area is normally quiet, but still with a vibe of ”city life”. We have no less than 8 grocery shops within 10 min walking distance, 2 train stations (Ryparken and Svanemøllen), the M3 metro line and several busstop and some cosy pubs and café's. We have beaches nearby as well, one just 10 min away on bike, and another larger one around 20 min away. About us: Marco is 29, Italian, doing his masters at DTU and working part time as a waiter. Emilie is 31, Danish, an assistant manager at a restaurant and tend to work at lot. The 3th room in our flat has been empty, save for a few temporary stays, for a while and we'd like someone likeminded to join us. We have in the past been open to hosting people via Couchsurfing.com, so it'd be cool if you're ready to continue that. Rent is not negotiable. Interviews will be held in between March 17st and 25th, preferably in person, but Skype is a possibility as well. We do not care about about nationality, religion or sexual orientation, as long as you don't have a problem with these matters as well, and as a minimum speak English (or Danish of course).
