ROOM FOR RENT AT ØSTERBRO! Since I’m moving to Australia for a couple of months, I’ll be renting out a room in a lovely 3-bedroom apartment at Østerbro, Copenhagen. The rental period will be from Feb 15 through Jul 15 (might be a possibility to extend the rental period one month). The apartment is 75m2 and the room about 8m2. You will share a kitchen, bathroom and livingroom with my lovely friend Marie. There’s currently being build a big balcony facing towards our backyard from the kitchen. You will be sharing the balcony as well. The apartment is 5 minutes away from grocery shops, fitness, train station and buss access. Its a 15 minutes bike ride to Nørreport (city centrum). Marie is 23 years old and studies law at the University of Copenhagen. The rent is DKK 4500 a month with everything included. The room is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed (queen size), brand new big tv, dresser, clothes rack and a study desk. We are looking for someone who: - Is between 22-28 years old. - Is studying or workning fulltime. Would be great if you have experience with living on your own.
