Hi everyone, My roomie is moving out of a very HYGGELIG apartment in Sydhavn and we, therefore, looking for a new flatmate ?? About the apartment: The apartment has 138m2 over three floors in total. Your room would have 9m2 and would be partly furnished (2 closets and curtains). It’s a new building with a big well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. There is one backyard, small front yard and a balcony, a very spacious and cozy living room and modern bathroom. About the neighborhood: In 5 minutes, walking distance, you can get to SPAR, NETTO and Superbrugsen, as well as to the Sydhavn station. The city-center is only a 10-minute cycle ride away and if you like sports, there is a SATS gym right next to the building. The bus stop 7A is 2-minute walking distance, and bus stop 9A and 23 around 7 minutes. About your roomies: You would live with Masouda (Me) and Khatera (sisters) and Arnoud, who are very lovely, always up for some hygge coffee time in the evening or some joking around. All three work full-time and are, therefore, usually busy during the weekdays. About you: You would need to be friendly, very clean, either working or a student and contribute to making the apartment feel like a home for everyone ?? About expenses: Monthly rent 5000 kr CPR and contract available.
