Hi, I am looking for a new tenant who will occupy a ~14m2 room in the apartment I am currently leasing. The apartment on the 2nd floor is made up of 3 rooms, two bedrooms and one living room, additional there is a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is occupied by me and the other one will be occupied by the new tenant. The room is available as of 01.03.2022, if required it will be possible to arrange an earlier move-in date (mid to end of February). The vacant room is fully furnished and will entail a bed, desk, closet, lamps and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need for cooking, but you can bring of course your things as well (provided that there is enough space). The living room is also fully furnished. The rent will be 7300 kr. with a deposit of 2 months rent amounting to 14600 kr. The apartment is located close to Trianglen with cafes around the corner, IRMA at 50 meters, bus stops and Metro 3mins & 8mins away and the Osterbro lakes at 100 meters away, great place for walks or jog.
