The room is ONLY available sunday night-friday and on limited weekends if badly needed. What you pay for: All utilities are included(gas, power, internet(1000/1000), heat etc..) I don't have Cable-tv(using chromecast) Furnitures on picture are included in price if desired - you decide. Easy access to parking slot(free of charge, non-private) just outside aswell as covered bike shelter. Obviously you will get space for food and other stuff in the kitchen, however no need for pans, tellers etc. i have it all including dishwasher. Stores and transportation: 500meters away from Superbrugsen, Rema1000, Fakta, Irma and Netto About 1.5km away from Vanløse St. (S-train, Metro and shopping center) About 1.2km away from Flintholm St. (S-train, Metro) Few things to know about me: Graduated as an diploma-engineer in Chemistry 2019 and currently work at a pharma company, but going back to study Msc. from september. I do like to spend time on my own, but a chat over dinner is perfectly fine with me aswell. Things i like spending time on/hobbies Fitness, Gaming, amature-investor, friends/family, soccer, hydroponics(plants) and a bit of politics.
