Hello future tenant, I will be going on exchange next semester, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room in the new Østerbro Village development. I only moved in last month, so I still need to buy some furniture for my room, which I will do before July. You will share the apartment with an Ocean Engineering student from Germany who is doing his Master's degree. Your room will have a plug-in stove and a sink, as can be seen in the pictures. We currently share two huge communal areas with other villagers where you can cook and bake more advanced food. Each common area has a laundry room, as well as a terrace and dining area. An additional common building is currently under construction. The student life is developing right now, but we already had some gatherings/partys and if you want to you will always meet people for a chat. CPR is available, and you will have an official sublet contract with me. I look forward to hearing from you!
