Hello there I am a 38 year old male looking for a flatmate to my cosy 3 bedroom apartment on Nørrebro! I work as a school teacher. In my spare time I play guitar in a band in Esbjerg, I practice during the week at home (in the livingroom), but I take consideration both to my flatmate and neighbors. I go to the gym, ride my motorcycle and spend time with my girlfriend and friends. I do not usually have parties at home but sometimes I got family or friends for dinner. You are easygoing, respectful of the apartment and my belongings. You are responsible and you take part in keeping the flat clean and tidy. The room is around 12 square meters and has a built in closet 60 cm wide. The room is overlooking the yard. The apartment consists of: Kitchen fully equipped with breakfast table and chairs. Bathroom is spacious with shower and floor heating In the entrance you will have closet space for jackets etc. Livingroom is overlooking Superkilen and is furnished with dining area and lounge area.
