I am renting out a room in one of the coolest areas of Nørrebro from May 1st 2022. The apartment is part of the Nordbro tower which was built in 2019. The apartment is located on the 16th floor with morning sun and beautiful views of Copenhagen and Øresund from all rooms! It is a 3-bedroom apartment of 69 sqm. The available room is approx. 12 sqm and storage is possible (approx. 2 sqm). The apartment consists of a kitchen (including a dishwasher, larger fridge and freezer) which goes in one with the living room + a bathroom. I am looking for a responsible roomie who is mature of mind - gender and age are subordinate. It is important to me that you feel at home in the apartment and feel like a chat every now and then over a coffee/tea/wine. I appreciate a clean and tidy home where we for example create a joint cleaning scheme. You will be living with me, and I work as a consultant in a larger danish company. I usually have a relatively active everyday life with exercise, socializing with friends/family and travelling abroad, or just Jutland (where I have family). I don't throw crazy-wild parties or pregames, and I don't expect my coming roomie to do that either. You get all this, as a resident at Nordbro: - 2 Elevators in the building - so you don't have to take the stairs all the way up to the 16th floor ;-) - Free access to private fitness center on the ground floor. - Access to a private roof terrace. - Access to a private bar where you can socialise with neighbours in the tower. - Free bicycle parking and car parking at the property (approx. DKK 750 per month). - Very good metro, bus, and S-train connections from Nørrebro st. and Bispebjerg st. (3 min. walk) - Loads of restaurants and take-away options around the corner. - Access to laundry in the basement (dryer is free). The rent is DKK 6700 per month including everything, i.e. utilities (water, heating, electricity), internet, home insurance and access to the above facilities. Part of the utilities amount will be refunded according to our consumption.
