Hi, We are looking for a fourth roommate to our cozy five-room apartment in Valby. There's a possibility that the move-in date can be already mid-September. Rent is all-inclusive. The apartment is very light and relatively newly renovated, with nice high ceilings. You would have your own room (marked red on the floor plan) and the four of us would share a kitchen/living room and bathroom. The common areas are furnished and we have all the kitchen stuff etc. The room is about 11 m2 and is unfurnished. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from Valby station and Søndermarken, and has gyms, grocery stores, shopping possibilities, restaurants, and cafés just around the corner. Pictures are from when we moved in 2 years ago, but the apartment is still in really clean and fresh shape. You would move in with Joni (29), Christos (29), and Karolina (30). Christos and Karolina work and Joni studies during the week. Besides that, we like to be social and do sports in the evenings and weekends. We are easygoing and used to living with other people, we appreciate everyone's own time and space but we think it's also nice to spend some time together when possible. We've known each other sometime now and hope to find someone who would fit into the group and would rather like to live with us more longer-term. We like our home to be clean and organized, so we hope to find someone with the same mindset.
