We are two Latvian guys, Rihards and Ernests, living in a spacious apartment and now looking for a third roommate. We both are clean, social, and respectful guys who expect the same from our new roommate. We are not big party people, but sometimes we have friends over for a relaxed dinner or drinks. Rihards, 26, works in finance at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp. In his spare time, Rihards plays golf at our local golf club, studies financial markets, or plays video games. Ernests, 26 works as an automation engineer at Rockwool, also plays golf in his spare time and sometimes designs and makes things with a 3D printer. The apartment is 125 square meters with 4 bedrooms. We are using only 3, as the 4th is quite small, but it is used as an "office" where you will have space for your desk. The apartment has a very large living room together with a kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher, and two balconies on each side. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one is shared and includes a washing machine and dryer, and one is in Rihards' room, so you will be sharing a bathroom with only Ernests. There is also storage room in Rihards' room for your excess belongings. Your room will be unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. It is 11 square meters large with windows to street and evening sun. Rent includes water, heating, and internet. We receive an electricity bill every month based on our consumption, so each month there will be an additional 200-250 kr for electricity.
