I am looking for a tenant to an aprox. 9 Sqrm room in the centre of Copenhagen at Frederiksborggade 37A as soon as possible. The apartment is located in a yard, and is thus completely noise-free. :D You will be living together with me in a 77 sqrm 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 smaller rooms together with a relatively large bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a washer in the building, however no dishwasher. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Nørreport Station. The monthly rent is 5600 kr. and includes utilities and internet. A deposit corresponding to both 3 months of rent and 2 months pre-paid rent is paid upon moving in. Ideally you are 20-26 years of age and is either studying or working full-time in Copenhagen. As a person you are clean, responsible and a non-smoker. I myself am studying International Business & Politics at CBS at my (soon) 5th semester and work as a student assistant in the financial sector.
