The new area of Sydhavn combines modern environment and great location. Building is located just by the water and offers beach/swim vibe just downstairs which makes summer days so much more enjoyable. Apartment is very spacious and is fully equipped with laundry, dryer and waching machines, as well as everything else needed in a normal household. The room is furnished and of course it is be furnished by your choice. My vision for the perfect roomie? Clean, tidy, social as well as respecting privacy. Steady income. If you are a smoker there is a balcony to do so because smoking inside is strictly forbidden. Who am I? Professional working in the aerospace industry, I spend week days working or traveling for work, while weekends I like to relax and recharge. Relax can be defined by getting a drink, watch Netflix, read a book in a quiet Sunday or go for a jog/swim/tennis. I am a dog lover so if you have one I will do everything possible to make it allowed in the apartment, even though it is not!
