Looking for a new flatmate to share a 74 sqm, 2 bedroom apartment! The bedroom available is approx. 9 sqm. The apartment is located in the Valby Maskinfabrik complex http://www.valbymaskinfabrik.dk/galleri The construction of the building was finished in October 2017. The building has 3 floors and the apartment is located on the 3rd (last) floor. The balcony and all the windows are oriented towards west and facing a garden area (no traffic), the sun is shining on the balcony from about 12:30 to sunset. The apartment is to be shared by 2 people in total, I have one of the bedrooms and I’m looking for a flatmate, who can have the other bedroom. The arrangement is that I’m renting the apartment from a rental agency and I’m subletting a room. Move in date is flexible, can be immediately, 15th of May or 1st of June. The move out notice period is 1 month, from both parties. Locked cykelkælder (bike basement) available. FAQ: Is CPR registration possible? Yes, of course. Are couples allowed? No. Are pets allowed? No. Can we negotiate the rent? No, my approach here is to charge my future flatmate exactly half of the total apartment costs. When is rent due?
