The rooms themselves are partly furnished at the moment, but this is of course adjustable according to your needs. The flat has a total of 106 sqm, of which the access in the lease is aproxx. 85 sqm, with a nice, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom (washer, dryer etc) furthermore, you will have access to a large 400sqm rooftop terrace, suitable for sunbathing, bbq´ing or similar hosting, as well as a quiet well gated and secluded courtyard, with a small playground, safe bicycle parking and a lovely green area. The minimum rental period is from the 20th of december to the end of february, but there is no timeframe as such on the lease. CPR and Adress is of course possible. There is a mutual two month period of resignation. Deposit is three months lease, plus one months rent in advance. This amount is possible to pay in two parts, upon agreement.
