The apartment is 80 kvm/sqauremeters in total. Besides each of our bedrooms, there is a kitchen with a small dinnertable and dishwasher, a bathroom with a seperate shower cabinet and living room with a spacious balcony located south (sydvendt altan). The living room will be part of my private space some of the time, as my bedroom is smaller and therefore I have my home office placed in the corner of the living room. However, when I am not working or having friends over you are also welcome to use the living room and balcony as well. Furthermore, there is a shared fitness room and a hobby/creative room in the the building that you have free access to. Your room is 15 kvm/squaremeters and you will be able to access the room directly from the entrance of the apartment. Please notice that the room is completely unfurnished. If needed, you can choose to also rent your own room in the basement for storage. Likewise, you can also rent your own parking spot if you have a car.
