About the apartment: 1 bedroom available for sublease for an unlimited period (from February 1st 2022) in a 3-room apartment. The apartment would be occupied by you, me, and two little rabbits. The building is located in Amager and is a 10-15 minute bike ride to the city center and 15 minute walk to the beach. There is a french balcony in your bedroom and a decent balcony connected to the living room. You will have your own private room plus limited shared access to the kitchen (including dish washer) and bathroom (including washer and dryer). Note: All parts of the apartment other than your bedroom are already furnished and will mostly be used by myself. About me: I'm a 28 year old male who works normal working hours and leads an active and social life for the most part. I speak English, Danish, and Farsi. I love cooking when I'm in and it's important to know that I do consider it a solo, meditative activity. I maintain a balanced noise level in the apartment (and will try to keep any music or movie sounds inside my room). I go climbing, to the gym, and do pottery (outside of the house naturally). I like giving others a lot of space and expect the same. While I have my own group of friends and boyfriend, I will be quite friendly, honest, and helpful and I ask for the same. I like cleanliness but am not obsessive about it. Flat mate wishes: I believe that the best way to know whether we could be good flat mates would be to meet and discuss our lifestyles. But on the surface level, I'm looking for a flat mate around my age (25-40) who is also balanced in their lifestyle.
