Hi All, I am moving out from shared apartment in a Copenhagen city centre and I am looking for a girl (preferably 25-35 years old) to take over my room. It will be available from the 1st of October. The apartment is placed in the heart of the city, at Dronningens Tværgade (between Nyhavn and Amelieborg, really close to the Kongens Have). The room is spacious (around 15 square meters), very light, and fully furnished. You would be sharing the living room, bathroom, and kitchen with other two very nice and sweet girls. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Deposit is 29491.66 dkk, and monthly rent is 6784 dkk. On top of that we get an electricity bill every 3 months, which is usually around 800 dkk per person. It is very important that you are able to pay the full deposit and first rent before you move in in October.
