ROOM 1: - ~8.5 squared meters - Rent: 5275 DKK - Deposit: 3 months rent + last rent - Unfurnished, but there is a built-in wardrobe, and a single bed can be bought from previous roommate. - CPR (1 person) available - Heating and water included in the rent, internet + electricity paid separately ROOM 2: - ~10.5 squared meters - Rent: 5675 DKK - Deposit: 3 months rent + last rent - Unfurnished, but there is a built-in wardrobe - CPR (1 person) available - Heating and water included in the rent, internet + electricity paid separately THE APARTMENT: - 103 squared meters - Newly built (two years ago) - Location: Nordvest, 5 min from Nørrebro station, with good bus and metro connections and with several supermarkets within less than 5 min walk. - Shared with me (3 bedrooms total) - Large common area with a huge kitchen/ living room - Large balcony facing south - Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer - A LGTBIQ+ friendly, racism-free place ABOUT ME: - I am Paula, a Spanish 25 year old woman working in CPH - I am a person that enjoys making a nice atmosphere in the flat: chatting a bit with about our days, sharing meals/drinks from time to time, support each other when someone needs it.
