There is also access to the building's large roof terrace, with outdoor fireplace, delicious common rooms with kitchen and cozy corners where you can relax. The room for rent is 8,5sqm w. a new bed and build in storage for clothing etc. I am a father of 2 kids, daughter 4 years and a son 7 years, which will be around from Wednesday afternoon to Monday morning in odd weeks. I am very tidy, I do expect you to be the same and expect that our roommate relationship is founded on respect, kindness and honesty. With that said, I am a young father who is social, has a broad network, love to go out, but at the same time I do treasure my privacy.
