Roomie needed. I’m renting out a room from September 1’st, 2023 to October 25’th 2023. Rent is 5000 kr. Pr. month, and it Is allowed to move in from the 31’st of August. Attached to the room is a balcony and there will be no furniture. The address is Samosvej 33, 2 th – 2300 København S. You will not be living with me, however a very kind person. There are grocery shopping opportunities nearby, a metro and buss-line which moves to Copenhagen city just next to the room. Also, there are green areas and water nearby. 10-15 min. walk to the beach and 15-20 min. walk to a ‘wild’ green area called Amager Fællede. Prior to the union there is a move-in fee on 2500 kr to prevent damage to the isles and doors. At November 1’st, 2023 it is possible to rent the full apartment for 11.000 kr. pr. month up to two years however that will be a separate contract and with a deposit which is 22.000 kr.
