Hi ) From August 15 I will rent out a furnished room in my recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the beginning of Amager, Copenhagen S to a serious (which does not mean boring :)) female tenant with a full time job. The apartment is very well located close to 2 metro stations and just 1 min. walk to the closest bus stop. If you prefer biking, the city center is just 10-12 minutes away. I am looking for a grown up person who appreciates having a quiet, nice and tidy home, where we both will be able to recharge after a busy day. As the whole apartment has recently been renovated (new bathroom, kitchen, floors etc.), I expect my future flatmate to respect that and take a good care of the room and shared areas. Please, note that since the apartment is not very big and we will be living very close to each other, there is no "room" for overnight guests on a regular basis. Water, heating and WiFi are included in the rent, and we will split the electricity and gas bills as they come, which is equivalent to approximately 280 - 320 dkk every 3rd month.
