The apartment is newly renovated, and the two of us will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. Location: The apartment is in Indre Østerbro, the embassy quarter of Copenhagen. The area has an international atmosphere, beautiful old buildings, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. You will be close to recreational areas such as the Big Lakes, Fælledparken, Kastellet, and Nordhavn Harbor, where you can swim in the sea. Trianglen and Nordhavn Station is near by, providing easy access to the entire city by metro, S-train, and buses. About me: I hold an MA in History and Communication and currently work on an AI communication project. I speak Danish, English, and Spanish. I have a girlfriend I often visit or travel with on weekends. I am quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I have studied and worked abroad and enjoy helping newcomers settle into Copenhagen. Rent includes: Internet, insurance, heating, electricity, gas, hot and cold water. The kitchen have a dishwasher and theire is access to laundry facilities in the basement.
