The apartment is 90m2, fourth floor, two balconies with a view of the water and a large bright living room & kitchen. You would be sharing this amazing space only with me. The room is fully furnished and has one bed with drawers (can be a double bed too), with a closet, and additional shelves (altogether 10 m2). You have a huge window on one side and get the afternoon and sunset light. Work from home: there is a large table in the living room/kitchen that can easily fit two people with an additional screen each. I typically remove these, once I am done with work to get the cozy vibe back. If you want we can organize a table for your room. About me: I work in research on wind energy at DTU, originally from Croatia and living here in Denmark for 2.5 years. I am a calm guy that enjoys sipping nice wine, eating good food, cooking (beginner sourdough baker) and enjoying long conversations on life, politics, the economy … you know the boring stuff ? I am also a cyclist and runner, so you will often see me exiting the apartment with my bike when I go to office (2 – 3 times per week). I am a clean person and like to keep things tidy, and I would expect the same from you. Location: There are two Nettos around, Spar, Fakta, Matas, pharmacy, as well as the Italian Super Marco – each within 8 min walking distance or 3 min by bike. Sydhavn station is 10 min walking distance, bus station 4 min. Fisketorvet shopping mall is 10 min biking. For those interested in outdoor workout, there are two excellent locations with bars at about 8 min walk. Also the water is 50 meters away - so jump in during summer. For me its important that you are clean and that you are willing to share weekly tasks of cleaning the apartment. It would also be nice if you are an approachable, considerate and open person. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. The room price is DKK 6,900 and the deposit is DKK 13,800. The electricity and Internet are not included and the additional cost is: - Electricity: ~150 DKK - Internet: 160 DKK. These are paid separately after each month via Mobile Pay or some other means. You can register your CPR number at the address. I would initially be looking for someone on a 6 months basis, with the possibility to prolong the contract.
