The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a large living room, a walk in closet, a nice large kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have a French balcony and there is an attached cellar. The apartment contains all new white goods and is a new build. The rent is 6700 for everything except the electricity bill which we share (which has never exceeded 600 per quarter in total) and there is an additional 500 for consumption (water+heat+wifi) per month. The deposit amounts to DKK 10,000 and 3 months' prepaid rent upon moving in.
