Cosy room in modern flat that has a nice view. The room gets a lot of sun and has multiple windows that opens. Apartment is 96 m2 and only one year old, so everything is as good as new. Dishwasher, washing machine and nice size balcony too. It is located close to metro station (Bella center) so it takes 10-15 min to city center. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m working full time and therefore mostly home evenings but I would love to have a roommate that you can socialize with from time to time. However I also respect the privacy. I’m easy going, non smoking, and like a clean and tidy place.
