Nice room in a newly built apartment in a residential complex located in walking distance between Lergravsparken and Øresund Metro station, and 10 mins away for Amager Strand. From the room, you have a view to the back garden and a little view to the sea between the buildings. In the apartment, you'll have access to a big living room/kitchen, the bathroom and a big balcony. You will be sharing the apartment with Riddhi (27), a university student doing his Masters and Jacob (26), a recent graduate. We are looking for someone who is clean, social and understand the responsibilites that come with living with others. We are generally two very easy going persons. Note: The room is unfurnished. We are in the process of getting furniture for the living room so it won't be empty for long.
